每一位年輕繼任者都將在宜家從一線職位做起，得到商場管理團隊面對面的反饋與支持。通過承擔(dān)具有挑戰(zhàn)性的責(zé)任和項目，輔助于系統(tǒng)性的培訓(xùn)與學(xué)習(xí)，在2年內(nèi)勝任成為一名宜家的一線部門經(jīng)理，并在5年內(nèi)繼續(xù)加速成為商場管理團隊的一員。

main responsibilities:
*to secure specific business area sales growth in result (turnover, logistic kpi, etc);
*to provide the customer with an easy buying experience;
*to present and communicate ikea product range through the implementation, low price and combinations that reflect activities of life at home in china;
*to recruit and manage the team, develop the co-workers' competence and implement the daily management.
requirements:
*you have 1-3 years working experience, preferably, in retail
*you have a genuine interest in retailing and enjoy working with customers
*you are eager to learn and initiatively take responsibilities
*you can learn from both success and mistakes
*you have a good english level, spoken and written
*candidates with some leadership experience are preferred
