Job Title: TDE5 ｜ Power Module Process Design
Division/Department: CCO_Technical Development
Location: Tianjin

Key tasks:
1. Responsible for the design, optimization, and validation of the production
process flow for power modules, ensuring the efficiency, stability, and safety
of the production process.
2. Responsible for the design and development of power modules key production
process, develop appropriate process based on product requirements, and conduct
process tests and data analysis, for example Ag Sintering/Soldering and EMC, to
improve product quality and yield.
3. Research and develop key technologies and process parameters in the
production process to improve product quality and production efficiency.
4. Participate in product quality improvement projects, analyze product
quality issues, propose improvement measures and implement them.
5. Participate in training and learning new technologies and processes to
improve one's professional competence and skill level.

Qualification and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering and Automation,
Materials Science and Engineering, etc.
2. 3-5 years or more of work experience in power modules or related fields,
with priority given to those with experience in silicon carbide power modules.
3. Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of power
modules, understand the characteristics and application scenarios of silicon
carbide devices.
4. Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for process simulation
and analysis, possessing certain electronic circuit analysis skills.
5. Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
6. CET-4/6, with good English communication skills, able to meet work meeting
communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
